Covid-19 Updates

In the midst of challenges and uncertainties of Covid-19 pandemic, our first priority is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests, staff, and the wider community. We are keeping a very close eye on the evolving global impact of Covid19. 

 

We are committed to providing a safe & clean accommodation experience. The steps that we are taking to ensure the safety of our guests and staff are as follows: 

  • Contactless check-in and check-out via door code.

  • Limited housekeeping services unless on your reuqest. 

  • Thorough sanitisation of rooms before guest arrival and after guest departure. 

  • Ensuring all staff are thoroughly briefed on hygiene, safety, and pandemic procedures and are kept up to date with all circumstances. 

  • Displaying the Ministry of Health COVID-19 QR Codes for all those who visit us to use for mandatory contact tracing, and also a manual alternative for those who cannot use the COVID-19 QR Code.  

  • We are following all guidelines set by the Ministry of Health.

  • Due to social distancing rules, housekeeping will not enter rooms that have guests present. 

  • Accountability and traceability for all of our cleaning procedures has been implemented across all Alert Levels.

  • Regular staff briefings and training on hygiene, safety and emergency procedures. These are thorough and regularly updated with best-practice advice. 

  • Reinforcement of team personal hygiene, proper handwashing and use of alcohol-based hand sanitisers. 

 

We highly encourage you to practice good hygiene & keep a record of where you have been when you are visiting Queenstown Village Apartments.
